Snowmobilers lost in UP blizzard, rescued after 2 days, & how they survived

Who says Michiganders aren't tough?

WLUC-TV in Marquette reports that a group of snowmobilers in the UP were rescued after they got their machines stuck in some really big snow drifts in that blizzard on Sunday.

Marquette County authorities found and rescued the snowmobilers on Tuesday morning.

That's nearly two days!!! How did they survive?!?

They waited out the blizzard at a old mine!

The snowmobilers first got into a drill building on the mine property, spent the night there, then made their way to a guard shack on Monday morning.

So, who says Michiganders aren't tough?!?
