Gabby Barrett wowed fans on the Daytime Stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Samsung Galaxy — including with her song that’s up for two awards this year.

Barrett performed on the Daytime Stage at the festival in Las Vegas on Saturday (September 18). Other artists in the star-studded lineup include fellow country singer Russell Dickerson, 24kGoldn, Tate McRae, Conan Gray, Yungblud, All Time Low, Saweetie, The Kid Laroi and Olivia Rodrigo.

The Country Music Awards nominations were announced earlier this month, and Barrett is nominated in four categories total: Female Vocalist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year. That makes her the “most nominated female, are you kidding me?!” Barrett gushed in a video she shared on her social media channels after learning the good news. Barrett’s latter two CMA nominations are for “The Good Ones,” a heartfelt track that serves as a tribute to Barrett’s husband, Cade Foehner. The American Idol alums tied the knot in 2019. Barrett kicked off her set with “The Good Ones” iHeartRadio Music Festival set on the Daytime Stage (fittingly, serenading it to her husband on guitar).

Barrett just released her new video for “Footprints On The Moon” on Friday (September 17), a song she also performed at the festival. It’s the latest single from her highly-anticipated debut album Goldmine to get a music video, which features a 9-year-old version of herself… all the way up to an appearance Foehner and the couple’s daughter Baylah May. Live music tends to be a family affair for the country couple and their daughter: Foehner plays guitar while Baylah sits in the guitar case during sound checks (and chews “on mama’s mic”), Barrett shared in an adorable Instagram post.

Barrett closed her Daytime Stage set with a wardrobe change for “I Hope,” her hit breakup anthem that gained nearly-instant popularity, including the remixed version with pop singer Charlie Puth.

The last time Barrett performed at an iHeartRadio festival was the iHeartCountry Festival last year. That performance came while Barrett was expecting Baylah, during a year that she dubbed “unexpected but blessed.”

If you missed any of the action this weekend, you can relive the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Festival by tuning in to The CW Network on Saturday, October 2nd and Sunday, October 3rd from 8-10pm ET/PT for a two-night television special.
